Unbridled Capital recently provided sell-side advisory services to Lariot Corporation, led by Barry Thiriot, on the sale of 14 KFC restaurants in Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona. The restaurants were sold to existing franchisee Todd Stewart, who oversees the Stewart Restaurant Group.
