Unbridled Capital recently provided sell-side advisory services to SD Bell, Inc. on the sale of 17 Taco Bells in the San Diego, CA area. The restaurants were sold to existing Taco Bell franchisee Cotti Foods Corporation, led by Pete and Holden Capriotti.
