Unbridled Capital recently provided sell-side advisory services to GPS Hospitality Huts, LLC, led by Tom Garrett, on the sale of 45 Pizza Huts in Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. The restaurants were sold to existing franchisee Hut American Group LLC, a subsidiary of Flynn Group.
