Unbridled Capital recently provided sell-side advisory services to Bravo Foods and Celebration Restaurant Group, led by Andy Rosen, on the sale of 8 Taco Bells in Georgia and South Carolina. The restaurants were sold to existing franchisee JEM Restaurant Group, led by John McGrath.

We are not leaving the Taco Bell system but instead decided to sell the Savannah market to further focus on our Orlando market. Rick and the Unbridled team developed a competitive market for our restaurants, helped us constantly through due diligence, and got our deal to the closing table. Given the added year-end pressures, Unbridled worked tirelessly to help achieve our goals. In addition to their perseverance and excellence, we trust Rick and his team.
