Unbridled Capital recently provided buy-side advisory services to Mas Restaurant Group (MRG) and Bessemer Investments in the acquisition of 36 Taco Bells in Columbus, OH from CL Companies and affiliates. Mas Restaurant Group is led by CEO Chad Motsinger. The sellers were longtime respected franchisees Eric Laeufer, Bill Wood and Carl Christman.
